The Hatwell Group leadership course provided a window into my core strengths and values, as well as the characteristic of my leadership style that can be improved as I continue to grow into my new role. It was extremely relevant training and I recommend it to anyone that desires to be a stronger, more impactful leader.

My Hatwell Group coach helped me hone my communication style both as it related to one on one communication with clients, as well as presenting to larger groups in a business context. The advice was practical and personalized and has armed me with a toolkit that continues to serve me well. Through coaching and practicing the techniques I’ve learned I’ve become a noticeably more confident and effective communicator. I no longer have anxiety before presenting to large groups or clients.
